When will the next $29.00 charge go through?
One month from the day you sign up on the very next 1st or 15th of the month depending on what works best for you. For instance if a customer signs up on July 9th and chooses the 15th as the date they would like to be billed every month, their next charge date will be August 15th and then the 15th of every month after that.
Are there any hidden fees or anything with the $29.00?
No, flat monthly membership fee. Swill pays the tax on the $29.00
Why did Swill create an unlimited coffee membership club?
We wanted to create something that was a win/win for our most frequent customers and soon-to-be customers who just want a no fuss, flat fee coffee solution with other perks. The east coast has a few unlimited coffee options in Philadelphia and Boston but this is the first west coast plan of its kind.
What if I want to discontinue my membership?
After the three month trial period, simply, give a swill employee a written 30-day notice and that’s it.
